With digestible lamb as the only source of animal protein and easily digestible rice, our recipe does need to use ingredients containing gluten. The highly digestible recipe is created according to the Limited Ingredient Diet (L.I.D.) principle, and its formula focuses on the essential ingredients for sensitive dogs. This minimises the risk of food intolerances and allergies.

As part of the holistic nutrition concept, the pure sensitive lamb & rice dry food is complemented by wet food and snacks. The entire pure sensitive range provides different flavours so that your dog can enjoy a varied diet. Depending on the age or special needs, it is also available as fresh meat and high protein food.

How long does shipping take?
- Cebu: 2-3 days
- Luzon, Visayas, & Mindanao: 7-14 days

What shipping methods do you use?
- Cebu - Grab, Lalamove, Maxim
- Outside Cebu - LBC, JRS Express, Gogo Express

Can I cancel or change my order?
- No cancellation or changing of order once payment has been made.

Do you accept returns?
- We do not accept returns once order has been received by the customer.

Standard Shipping Times
- Metro Manila: 7-15 days
- Regional: 7-15 days
- Cebu: 1-3 days 

Processing Times
- Orders take 1-2 business days to process after placing the order before shipping out. We do not ship out on weekends.

Tracking Number
- When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.

Unexpected Delays
- In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors might cause shipping delays such as national customs processing and holidays that we cannot control.
