HOW TO USE:
1. Complete your purchase for a Grooming Gift Certificate on the website.
2. Once your order has been confirmed, we will get in touch with you via sms/email for your scheduled grooming appointment.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Gift Certificates are available to purchase from our physical store or website and may be applied only to in-store purchases. Gift Certificates cannot be applied to purchases online.
2. Grooming Gift Certificates are available in denominations of Php 1,000.00 and Php 2,500.00. No adjustments or changes to the denomination or value of the Gift Certificate can be made after the order is completed. The Gift Certificates are neither reloadable, refundable, nor convertible to cash.
3. PETS SOCIETY is not responsible and cannot replace or reimburse for lost, stolen, damaged or the unauthorized use of a Gift Certificate. Please secure your Gift Certificate and treat it with utmost protection as its value can be redeemed by whoever finds or gets access to the unique code.
4. The value contained in the Gift Certificate does not have any expiry date.
5. Gift Certificates cannot be purchased in conjunction with vouchers and cannot be purchased with a discount except as required by law. It can only be purchased with the declared denomination.
6. Your purchase or use of the Gift Certificate constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions of issue. Terms and conditions of issue are subject to change without notice.
7. Please present the Gift Certificate or Order Number as payment towards your purchase.

How long does shipping take?
- Cebu: 2-3 days
- Luzon, Visayas, & Mindanao: 7-14 days
What shipping methods do you use?
- Cebu - Grab, Lalamove, Maxim
- Outside Cebu - LBC, JRS Express, Gogo Express
Can I cancel or change my order?
- No cancellation or changing of order once payment has been made.
Do you accept returns?
- We do not accept returns once order has been received by the customer.

Processing Times
- Orders take 1-2 business days to process after placing the order before shipping out. We do not ship out on weekends.
Tracking Number
- When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.

Unexpected Delays
- In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors might cause shipping delays such as national customs processing and holidays that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to solve any situation.
